Citrus refill pack Coil in Bristol: the best shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a refill pack for citrus
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.7 per 10 ml.
We run citrus the same way in Bristol: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Bristol
Citrus refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised £42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.7 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
