Grapey RDA Coil in Bristol: the review shortlist
Grapey in Bristol: 12 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Grapey RDA here
The honest read on grapey: 12 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.69 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a grapey RDA really costs in Bristol
Grapey RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested grapey in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.69 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.69 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
