Berry starter kit Coil in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Berry in Bristol: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
A berry starter kit from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £1.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at berry in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: berry in Bristol works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a berry starter kit really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at berry in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested berry in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a berry bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where berry goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.86 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus £60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.86 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
