Vanilla RDA Coil in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Vanilla in Bristol: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the vanilla habit
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.79 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla RDA really costs in Bristol
A vanilla RDA from the starter options in Bristol costs about £2.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.79 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for vanilla in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.79 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
