Tropical in Bristol: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with tropical in Bristol
Most people searching Coil in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A tropical sub-ohm kit from the starter options in Bristol costs about £2.01 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tropical sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
Tropical prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.01 per 10 ml.
How we tested tropical in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tropical tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.01 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
