Tropical 30 ml shortfill Coil in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Tropical in Bristol: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Tropical 30 ml shortfill here
If you are looking at tropical in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: tropical in Bristol works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical 30 ml shortfill really costs in Bristol
The honest read on tropical: 15 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tropical in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.39 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
