Tobacco vape pen Coil in Bristol: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Bristol: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tobacco habit
We run tobacco the same way in Bristol: same vape pen, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A tobacco vape pen from the online options in Bristol costs about £1.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: tobacco in Bristol works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco vape pen really costs in Bristol
Tobacco in Bristol reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
