Ordering Coil to Bristol: the practical version
If you are looking at tobacco in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Tobacco in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Bristol works if the 100 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco 100 ml bottle really costs in Bristol
The honest read on tobacco: 15 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a 100 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 100 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 100 ml bottle.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
