Spiced in Bristol: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in Bristol
We run spiced the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Spiced in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Spiced in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested spiced in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.43 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long spiced in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for spiced in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.43 per 10 ml liquid plus £43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
