Sourcherry cartomizer Coil in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Sourcherry in Bristol: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Sourcherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.74 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at sourcherry in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: sourcherry in Bristol works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry cartomizer really costs in Bristol
We run sourcherry the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested sourcherry in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
