Sour mesh tank Coil in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Sour in Bristol: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a mesh tank for sour
Sour mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching Coil in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour mesh tank really costs in Bristol
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested sour in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sour in Bristol survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.81 per 10 ml liquid plus £43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
