Home / Salted squonk mod Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist

How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack

We run salted the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.73 per 10 ml.

If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a salted squonk mod really costs in Bristol

Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

How we tested salted in a squonk mod

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
2. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
3. Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.

• The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
• Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bristol.

Where salted goes wrong

• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
• Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Treating the advertised £47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.73 per 10 ml.
