Salted RDA Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist
Salted in Bristol: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
A salted RDA from the pre-order options in Bristol costs about £2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run salted the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted RDA really costs in Bristol
A salted RDA from the pre-order options in Bristol costs about £2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.16 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for salted in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
How long does salted in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 7 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
