Plum vape pen Coil in Bristol: the price shortlist
Plum in Bristol: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at plum in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: plum in Bristol works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Bristol
Plum in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.52 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.52 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
