The short version: passionfruit in Bristol works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a passionfruit pod kit really costs in Bristol
Passionfruit in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested passionfruit in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.36 per 10 ml.
- Mixing passionfruit with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should passionfruit start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.36 per 10 ml liquid plus £48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
