Nutty in Bristol: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
A nutty box mod from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £2.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.03 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a nutty box mod really costs in Bristol
Nutty box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested nutty in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.03 per 10 ml.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
How long does nutty in a box mod last?
In Bristol we measured 4 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
