Melon nicotine salt bottle Coil in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Melon in Bristol: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Melon sounds like one product. It is not: a nicotine salt bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on melon: 9 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: melon in Bristol works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon nicotine salt bottle really costs in Bristol
Melon sounds like one product. It is not: a nicotine salt bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested melon in a nicotine salt bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where melon goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised £32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.84 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
