Lemon cartomizer Coil in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Lemon in Bristol: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Lemon in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run lemon the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon cartomizer really costs in Bristol
We run lemon the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lemon in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.2 per 10 ml liquid plus £54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
