Iced prefilled pod Coil in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Iced in Bristol: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What iced costs in Bristol
A iced prefilled pod from the compared options in Bristol costs about £1.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run iced the same way in Bristol: same prefilled pod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced prefilled pod really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at iced in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.86 per 10 ml.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus £49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
