Iced pod kit Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist
Iced in Bristol: 14 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.38 per 10 ml.
Iced pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced pod kit really costs in Bristol
Most people searching Coil in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested iced in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
How long does iced in a pod kit last?
In Bristol we measured 8 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.38 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
