Iced box mod Coil in Bristol: the wholesale shortlist
Iced in Bristol: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
We run iced the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Iced box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced box mod really costs in Bristol
Iced box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested iced in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does iced in a box mod last?
In Bristol we measured 7 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is iced legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
