Guava box mod Coil in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Guava in Bristol: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Guava is allowed to say
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.09 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at guava in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava box mod really costs in Bristol
Guava in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested guava in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where guava goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.09 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
