Grapey squonk mod Coil in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Grapey in Bristol: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.55 per 10 ml.
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: grapey in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.55 per 10 ml.
How we tested grapey in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long grapey in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for grapey in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.55 per 10 ml liquid plus £37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
How long does grapey in a squonk mod last?
In Bristol we measured 8 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
