Grapey box mod Coil in Bristol: the review shortlist
Grapey in Bristol: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Grapey box mod here
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.21 per 10 ml.
Grapey box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: grapey in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey box mod really costs in Bristol
Grapey sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested grapey in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a grapey bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.21 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On grapey the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.21 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Can I order Coil online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
