Frozen refill pack Coil in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.96 per 10 ml.
We run frozen the same way in Bristol: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: frozen in Bristol works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen refill pack really costs in Bristol
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.96 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
