Fig mesh tank Coil in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Fig in Bristol: 20 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with fig in Bristol
A fig mesh tank from the flat-rate options in Bristol costs about £1.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run fig the same way in Bristol: same mesh tank, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig mesh tank really costs in Bristol
The honest read on fig: 20 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Bristol survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does fig in a mesh tank last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
