Fig cartomizer Coil in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Fig in Bristol: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on fig: 12 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Fig cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig cartomizer really costs in Bristol
We run fig the same way in Bristol: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested fig in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.2 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Packaging for fig in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.2 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
