Cola squonk mod Coil in Bristol: the online shortlist
Cola in Bristol: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
A cola squonk mod from the online options in Bristol costs about £1.63 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.63 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cola goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
