Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you are looking at citrus in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Bristol
Citrus zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.82 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.82 per 10 ml liquid plus £61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
