Citrus in Bristol: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What citrus costs in Bristol
Most people searching Coil in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A citrus squonk mod from the reviewed options in Bristol costs about £2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, squonk mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Citrus in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised £30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.11 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.11 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
