Citrus squonk mod Coil in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
If you are looking at citrus in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A citrus squonk mod from the flat-rate options in Bristol costs about £3.07 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: citrus in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Bristol
We run citrus the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.07 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
