Citrus refill pack Coil in Bristol: the order shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.03 per 10 ml.
The honest read on citrus: 7 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Bristol
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.03 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does citrus in a refill pack last?
In Bristol we measured 2 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
