Caramel sub-ohm kit Coil in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Bristol: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
The honest read on caramel: 12 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at caramel in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
A caramel sub-ohm kit from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.59 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
