Caramel squonk mod Coil in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Caramel in Bristol: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
Caramel squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A caramel squonk mod from the budget options in Bristol costs about £1.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: caramel in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Caramel in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.83 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
